BRES 5th Grade Promotion on June 15
Our 5th Grade promotion will take place on the BRES field on June 15 from 10:30-11:45AM. We will gather concert-style so bring your blankets or chairs! Afterwards, there will be light refreshments on the BRES blacktop. THEN 5th Grade Fun Day will take place from 1:30-3:30 on the 5th Grade field. All 5th Grade families and loved ones are welcome!

Get ready to have some summer fun. Bring your comfy set up to sit back and relax! Bring your appetite for the yummy offerings from local food trucks. We are planning some old fashioned picnic games, you might want to bring a towel.
Volunteers needed to facilitate the games. Experience with hundreds of children not needed, all supplies provided. VOLUNTEER SIGN UP GENIUS LINK HERE. KAH will be providing us with some large water toys!

It's time to register for kindergarten!
Kindergarten registration is well underway at BRES! If you have a child (or know a child) who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2022, then it’s time to register for Kindergarten! Everything you need to know to start this important process is available on our website here. Registration will take place in ParentVue this year, so don’t delay! The sooner we have families registered, the better we can plan for next year. Families who need extra support are invited to come to BRES for in person support at BRES any school day between 10:30-1:00pm.
Here’s an FAQ document to provide answers and help families through the process. After registering, we are collecting information via our 2022-2023 K Family Contact Form to ensure everyone is added to the mailing list.

BRES PTA Meeting June 7: Volunteer Appreciation, Election & Budget Votes
Our final general membership meeting of the year will be a hybrid meeting!

The meeting will include the BRES PTA 2022-2023 Board Election, June-October 2022 budget vote, review of playground shade options, and in-person mingling with tea and sweet treats to celebrate all of our amazing volunteers. The slate of BRES PTA 2022-2023 board nominees is below.
Children are welcome to play on the playground while the adults gather. Please RSVP via the Paperless Post invitation if you are planning to attend in person.
Online, we will offer an opportunity for members to participate in the election and budget approval. The Zoom will open at 6:45 p.m.

Help Us Make Sure BRES has a PTA Next Year!
The BRES PTA is looking for a leader for the 2022-2023 school year. The President organizes a minimum of 4 PTA general membership meetings per year and oversees the PTA communications, activities, and budget. No experience is necessary, just a passion for keeping our school great! The current president will be available to support and answer any questions throughout the year and we have a wonderful group of board member volunteers to organize activities.
Without a PTA President, our PTA will not exist next year! That means no school-wide picnics, room parent parties, teacher reimbursements, and more that you and your child have likely benefited from this year. Now is the time to get involved. Email info@brespta.org to learn more today. Our last chance for an election this school year is Tuesday, June 7.
