Walk to School Day - Wed Oct 2

Let’s all walk to school together on Wed, Oct 2, 8:45-9:15am. It’s healthy, gets kids to know safe routes to school, and helps reduce carbon emissions. Car-riders are encouraged to drive to one of the parks where walkers are gathering, and walk to school together. Bring a poster and cheer everyone!

Sign up here to volunteer to lead a walking group or greet students at school and hand out giveaways.

After School Activities - starting this week

Registration is now open for fall after school activities - all activity flyers are on the PTA website organized by day of week, so you can easily see what works for you.

Some vendors have delayed their start dates due to low enrollment so far:

  • Panda Programmer coding classes delayed start to Wed Oct 2.

  • Young Rembrandts art classes delayed start to Fri, Oct 4.

Note: Vendors may cancel classes if there are not enough students registered. The school and PTA do not vet, sponsor or run these after school activities. Rooms are made available at schools for anyone who wishes to offer after school activities and other community activities.
